Two services, treated as one discipline
The firm provides two services that much of the industry treats as separate: financial planning and investment management. We treat them as parts of the same discipline.
A plan without the investment strategy to deliver it is an exercise on paper. A portfolio without a plan behind it is a bet. The two services work together, or neither works as well as it should.
Most of our clients engage us for both. For some, the relationship begins with one and expands to include the other over time.
Built for specialist depth and long-term relationships
The firm is structured around three specialist areas: financial planning, investment management, and protection. Each area is led by experienced practitioners, and every client relationship involves team members who know the situation and each other.
Most of our client work happens by phone and video, because for most conversations that works better than asking clients to travel to an office. When in-person meetings matter, we have offices in London and Eastbourne that are properly set up for them.
We take on new clients selectively. The only way to provide the depth of attention that serious financial work requires is to work with a number of clients we can genuinely handle.
The people who lead the firm
The firm is led by a team of four directors, each with specific responsibility for a different part of how the practice runs.

Plans come before products
A financial plan tells you what your money actually needs to do. Products and portfolios are tools for delivering that, never the other way round. The moment a firm forgets this, the advice gets worse.
Independence without exceptions
No product commissions, no provider ties, no kickbacks. Our only revenue comes from our clients, which is the only way to be confident our recommendations are genuinely for them.
Rigour, not shortcuts
Cash flow modelling, detailed projections, considered tax planning, stress-tested outcomes. The work behind the advice is what makes the advice reliable.
Relationships over transactions
Most of our client relationships run for a decade or more. The firm is built for that timescale, and every decision about how we operate reflects it.
Based in London and Eastbourne
The team is based across two offices. Most client work happens by phone or video. When meetings happen in person, they happen at one of these two locations.
